Why we built this

Health was supposed to be simple.

Somewhere along the way it became an industry. We're here to put the simple back.

The story

From inflamed and exhausted to fully optimized — the long way.

Fifteen years ago, Nathan was the same person most of our readers are today. Overweight. Tired. Inflamed. Going to doctors who shrugged. Reading articles that contradicted each other. Trying things that worked for two weeks and then didn't.

He didn't fix it with a single diet, a single supplement, or a single hack. He fixed it by going to the foundations — sleep, water, food, movement, stress, supplementation, and the slow audit of every toxin in his environment — and rebuilding from there. Then he kept going. Peptides. Mitochondrial work. Advanced labs. The full optimization stack.

Along the way he built a clinical practice, ran experiments on himself for a decade, and watched the same people get the same results when they actually did the foundational work first.

Health Mastery Hub is the playbook he wishes he'd had on day one. Curated. Sequenced. Free.

What we believe

Our principles.

  1. 01

    Foundations first, always.

Sleep, water, food, movement, stress, supplementation, and toxin exposure account for ~80% of the result. Earn the right to optimize before you optimize.

  2. 02

    Naturopathic-first, never anti-medical.

Try the foundations before the prescription. Talk to a real clinician when the foundations aren't enough.

  3. 03

    No dogma.

We borrow from biohackers, naturopaths, mainstream medicine, and a hundred different schools of thought. We don't belong to any of them.

  4. 04

    Transparent or it doesn't ship.

We disclose how we make money. We disclose what we don't know. We update when we're wrong.

  5. 05

    Free at the foundation.

The things you actually need to be basically healthy will never be behind a paywall.

The non-profit structure

Why we built this as a non-profit mission.

Health is a category where the seller and the advice are almost never separable. The supplement company wants to sell supplements. The clinic wants to bill visits. The app wants the subscription.

Health Mastery Hub is structured as a non-profit mission so the recommendations stay separable from the income. Foundations content is free, forever. Earned income comes from clearly-disclosed affiliate revenue, optional membership, sponsored content that aligns with the mission, and — down the road — in-house supplements run through a structure that keeps margins from biasing what we say.

We're being deliberate about how this gets built. Entity formation, board, advisors, and audited financials are in motion. We'll publish the structure publicly when it's finalized.

This page will be updated as the entity, board, and financials are formalized.

What's next

The full vision.

The website is the foundation — a free, growing library you can act on today. The Health for All mobile app launches this year, with personal health records, adaptive coaching, telehealth, lab integration, and an in-house supplement system that's earned its place. Everything we build sits inside the same mission: real health, made simple, kept honest.
